Food for thought

Lunch today.

  1. Squaw bread
  2. Red pepper hummus
  3. Spinach
  4. Red onion
  5. Sprouts
  6. Tabouli
  7. Red bell pepper
  8. Tomato

Finished with a refreshing, crisp pickle. Always been a ‘Snooks’ at heart. I’m not gonna lie, as crazy as this sounds, I’ve wanted to rub this bread on my face. I know, don’t judge me. I make sandwiches everyday and would never leave a meal without offering to toast up the sourdough or multi-grain bread. However, squaw has such a buttery smooth texture and should not be messed with. The tantalizing hummus pairs astonishingly well with the earthy freshness of the vegetables. Sharp red onion kicks the sandwich up a notch while the tomato and tabouli delicately calm it down. Nothings wrong with a good sandwich. Indulge your cravings. Whether it’s a bread rub down or not.
