test kitchen

Well I made nearly 7 cups of juice this morning to give me a boost of energy to make it a pro-active day. A trip to the grocery store, a stop at a Lebanese shop for lunch, and back to the house made it a lazy afternoon for me. I may or may not have stayed in my pajamas for most of the day. Either way, there was a lot brewing up in the test kitchen.

Keep posted on the blog for delicious, rich chocolate turtles drenched in an agave caramel sauce, smothered in chocolate and sprinkled with shredded coconut and a bit of kosher salt. Keep your eyes peeled for raw vegan cheesecake made two ways; mint chocolate and vanilla spiced chai. Dont miss the post on banana rum stuffed ebelskivers. Lastly, read a post on how a simple yet tasty juice can provide you with more nutrients than you could imagine.

Today was a day filled with lots of warmth in the kitchen; warmth from happy times spent with family, a great cup of hot tea on a chilly day, and heart warming sensations from successful food creations.

What snack or dish have you been meaning to get in the kitchen to test out?
