The scorching hotness of the city can only be perfectly paired with some ice coffee and a day at the pool

Hey muddyfootprints, new to the blog. I just googled late night running in Retiro and your website was the first thing that popped up. I’d love any food or coffee related suggestions you’d have for a visiting studying in Madrid

    Hi Jay,

Sorry for the late response. When I was searching for popular drink and food finds I would try and jump on the metro or head out to the park. Stop by the local store, grab some sangria or beers and hang in the center of the retiro late at night. Early mornings, stroll to the local restaurants to grab some espresso and a treat. Sometimes I would go on the metro and get off at stops that look popular or where a majority of the locals would get off. Once you are off, start walking around and go into anything that looks interesting or popular. Open your horizen and don’t be afraid to talk to locals.
