We all loved them as a tot or tween in the young days. They’re tasty, portable and have a potential for greatness. They come in a variety of flavors as well as an abundance of chemicals. Huh?

Most of the big time name brand companies who produce these suckers throw in some extra ingredients that we should second guess. Ingredients like partially hydrogenated cottonseed oil, and a variety of artificial flavors are added to it. Isn’t that more the reason to make your own.

Whether you’re a busy mom of 4 , a stay at home dad, a college student stuffing your head in books, or a tween figuring out boys; home-made fruit roll ups are made for you.

      It’s with the help of a dehydrator! They are so easy and conventional. You puree up all sorts of fruit until it becomes liquidy. Spray a plastic dehydrator sheet with a little non-stick spray and pour the good stuff on. Dehydrate for a couple hours and you have an incredible, healthy snack. I should have posted this on but I forgot. The only thing about this recipe is that you need a dehydrator, but they are so worth it!
