Today’s breakfast was packed with nutrition. I feel it’s easiest to make my juices in the morning instead of later in the day. I have a habit of waking up, making fresh squeezed orange juice, my green juice, then starting the day. The only downfall of juicing is cleanup. But the more you continue juicing, you pick up a routine and the process flys by. Also, once you feel the incredible benefits of juicing, you will do anything to feast on a green juice in the morning.
If you are like many people and don’t care for your veggies. Try juicing them with a handful of sweet fruits. If you have a big serving for breakfast then you don’t have to worry too much about eating more throughout the day.
If you don’t care for grapes or apples try using honeydew or pineapple.
