We were out of soy yogurt and fruit so I opted for a change in my breakfast. On the menu was FSOJ (fresh squeezed orange juice), and a toad in a hole bedded with a side of avocado. The past two days my little froggies weren’t turning out how I normally make them. I think it was because I don’t use Pam here. I use olive oil and it just doesn’t work as well as Pam does. I guess I should have realized that olive oil isn’t supposed to be used with high cooking temperatures. (You can thank Dani for that and all her tangents before her culinary tests.) So it all ends up a hot mess at the end. Needless to say, it ended up in my tummy.
